Rates & Reservations

All of the rooms at Cold Spring Manor have a private bath and are non-smoking

September 1^st to November 15^th all rooms require a double occupancy minimum

Room 1 $100.00 per night

Room 2 $100.00 per night

Room 3 $100.00 per night

Rooms 1 and 2 can accommodate additional guests at $50.00 per person per night

November 16^th to August 31^st all rooms are $55.00 per person per night

All State and Local Taxes are extra

Rates include a full breakfast served between 8 & 9 am

The Manor features wireless high speed internet access

A deposit by credit card is required at time of booking.

Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made in writing seven days prior to your arrival date except during "Salmon Season."

NO SNOW NO CHARGE  FOR WINTER  RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee.

As of September 1, 2010 all bookings made for "Salmon Season"

September 1st to November 15th are considered  "No Cancellation"  if you book it you bought it

2011 Salmon Season rates are $120.00 per night with Double Occupancy.

Additional guests are $60.00 per person
